About the Book

His passion for the written word has led to the publishing of this, his second book, The Darkness of Light. The poems focus primarily on the pain and pleasure experienced in the mind. Some focus on the dark side, others the light, some are a combination of both. You may have experienced some of the areas explored. The views expressed are just his views and are open to be interpreted as you see fit. There is no right or wrong way. His hope is that you enjoy them.

About the Author

Steve Ellis was born in Enfield in 1963 and has always loved the written word. He often walks the thin line of sanity, whatever that is, and on the occasions he falls off  he writes the feelings down. intotheBlue is his first book. The poems are simple and easy to read. You may even recognise yourself in some of them and even shed a tear. The poems don't really follow any form or structure they are just simply thoughts in words. My hope is that you enjoy them. There is no right or wrong way to interpret them as we all see the world in different ways. This is just how I see things.
