About the Author

Ntelamo Ntelamo was born in Katima Mulilo, the town of the Caprivi region in the Republic of Namibia. He went to school at various public schools in Caprivi. He graduated with a Basic Education Teachers’ Diploma (BETD), a diploma in Law – Dip. Law, and a Bachelor of Law – LLB.
