About the Book
Mix one desperate woman with a man hiding a terrible secret and thrust them together for 24 hours in an isolated cabin on the coast of Maine and the result is “September 19.” The book probes the lives of Diane, a would-be artist grown frustrated with life and now on the edge of suicide, and Vincent, a young man fleeing the terrible memories of a hunting accident that he feels became a murder. When the two come together, the result is an explosive mix of desperation and pain in an atmosphere of mistrust.
