About the Book

Who Needs Steroids Anyway? The Complete Guide to Developing Tape Measure Home-Run Power. The Natural Way! is a book designed to teach our youth, high-school and college baseball players to learn how to become home-run hitters without using illegal drugs. The book analyzes each of the factors influencing the distance a ball is hit and teaches the baseball player how to maximize each of those factors for the best distance possible. The book even has a performance pledge that will refund the cost of the book to each and every youth, high-school and college player that vows not to use illegal steroids to enhance their power hitting capabilities.

About the Author

J.C. Bondra has spent years studying and analyzing the game of baseball for its improvement. He played collegiately at Mt. Union College, where he led the Ohio Athletic Conference in batting average, extra base hits and stolen bases his junior and senior seasons. He moved onto a coaching career and achieved a 180-47 record coaching traveling all-star teams where his teams were best known for the power they displayed. He earned his Doctorate degree from Cleveland State University in 1999 and has focused his post-doctoral research on the quest of hitting the long ball. His book, ‘Who needs steroids anyway?’, is the accumulation of both scientific and practical research on what it takes to become a home-run hitter. The book is about understanding all the distance generating factors that are involved in hitting a baseball and then focuses on how a player can optimize his swing to maximize the effect of those factors. This book is noticeably absent of one thing that has been a staple of the major league power hitter in 2004 , the use of performance enhancing substances to increase performance. The progression of power that is discussed in this book is all done naturally. Everything you read in this book is based on the natural progression of an athlete’s power through natural means, no supplements or steroids need to be involved.
