About the Book

This story is about a very silly cat. An orange and purple polka dot cat. He loves to do funny and crazy things. Little adventures that most young children will love to see and hear. From flying to the moon, or jumping over the roof, getting stuck in a jug and whatever else his silly little thoughts tell him to do. This colorful story should bring a smile to every child’s face. They will want you to read it over and over again. (It’s approved for adults too!)

About the Author

This book was a pleasure to write. It was written together with my fourth child, Dean, who was eight years old at that time. I was diagnosed with cancer in 1992, when he was just two. Therefore, health issues limited my physical activities with him. The story of “Silly Cat” was a fun and silly activity we did for a project, for his school. And Dean played a major part in choosing the rhyming words. This book will always be special to me because I shared it with him, who is very special! I knew that, the night he was born!
