About the Author

Andrea grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Saudi Arabia for a few years in her early 20’s. Constantly writing letters back home, her friends were so entertained, they encouraged her to write books. She put it off. In her early 30’s, longing for a more rural place to raise her young children, she moved to North Georgia. She took writing classes. Finally, in her early 40’s she began writing in earnest. She and her 3 children were living in a small house on 37 acres along with their dogs, cats, ferrets, hamsters, chickens, ducks and snakes.
