About the Author

I am a 56 year old sports mental training coach and Christian believer. Before I even knew what actual power there was in the tongue, I had begun to use it to overcome severe addiction to drugs, alcohol,sex, and food. I find great strength by using the right messages intake and right self talk. Using sports mental training helped me to win world and national championships. I now have eyes to see and ears to hear, I thank God for giving me the wisdom to understand. I also thank him for the opportunity to use this knowledge to help others.
