About the Book

Ya Don't Say is a 'coffee table' book of Southern expressions. It is a collection put together by a Mississippi native (a true Southerner).

About the Author

Julia Bowen Casper grew up in Aberdeen, MS, not far from where her parents and both sets of grandparents also grew up. Southern traditions and expressions were naturally taught and learned from one generation to the next. Julia moved to Atlanta, GA at the age of twenty two, where she graduated from college and married an Atlanta native. They currently live in Metro Atlanta with their two daughters.
