About the Author
Charity V. Baines Smith was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Her official career is with Internal Revenue Service where she has held several major professional and management positions. Although she has traveled the states extensively in her career, she still resides in Dallas. She is the mother of two daughters, both married and successful in their chosen fields. Charity has three years of college studies, but considers herself a graduate of The University of Life, aka the school of hard knocks. She also holds a Texas Real Estate License as a possible third career.
