About the Book

About the book, I wrote some of these poems many years ago. Motivated by my emotions , they were birth out of different seasons of my life. Some sadness, pain or joys, some were just who we are as Newfoundlanders. "Others were In Memory Of"...... My family requested that I have them compiled in a book. Memories for them and future generations. To remember who I was and what my standards and morals were, and where I stood spiritually, My Faith, my heart. The purpose of this book is to bless the reader, bring encouragement or hope, or even just a smile. To make someone´s day. This is my goal.

About the Author

I was born in 1942 in a small community in Newfoundland, I moved to Middle Arm 1948, where I’ve been living since. I am a Christian and attend Bay View Pentecostal Tabernacle where I did volunteer work for fifty years. I am now retired, living with my husband, Calvin Noble of forty eight years. I like to rise early in the morning and enjoy a quiet time with God. This is my source of strength. I enjoy reading and writing, walking in the forest enjoying God’s beautiful creation. I love and live near the Atlantic ocean. My favorite season, Autumn. My favorite color is blue. My favorite Hymn is “How Great Thou Art” I am a mother of five wonderful sons. I have nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. I pray my poetry will bless and bring comfort and hope to my readers. God Bless You. Wilma F Noble
