About the Book

A Georgia native, Holly resides in Marietta, Georgia with her husband Mark and daughters Caroline 15, and Bailey 8. She earned her degree in Art from West Georgia College. Painting everything from murals, furniture, people and pet portraits to decorative accessories is her passion. Her work has been displayed and sold in art studios, craft shops, and antique stores. Holly has donated her work annually to such community charity causes including Atlanta Furniture Bank and Atlanta Hospice.

Holly collaborates and illustrates both children and adult books with her dad Bud Jones who has a taxidermy and decorating business with her mom Jackie in Tallapoosa, Ga. Hoping to combine her art and writing talents with her lifelong love of animals to create many more children’s books is Holly’s ultimate goal.
