About the Book

HOPE in JESUS! illustrates God in creation and human relationships. The heavens, the earth, our human bodies, our various relationships: husband-wife, parent-child, sibling, friendship, are all designed and purposed by God, in order for us to fulfill His will in the earth. Relationships are also designed for us to develop our character, to express the various aspects of our personalities, make our various contributions to the world, strengthen us, bring us joy, fun, laughter and lastly, but not least, to depend upon God, to help us relate well with others, in order to achieve well being, harmony and shared goals. This collection of poetry and prose emphasizes God in creation, the Holy Bible’s perspective on virginity, the needs of fatherless boys and girls, in an effort to evoke empathy toward such and the Love of God as expressed in the Holy Bible.

About the Author

The writer, Petal A. Pierre, is Trinidadian and a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. She has been writing poetry and prose since her teenage years. Now twenty-nine years old, she has put forward this collection of poetry and prose, aimed at empathy toward and guidance for teenage boys and girls, unmarried and married couples and really everyone, who seeks to find out the Holy Bible’s perspective on virginity, love, parenthood and the nature of God.
