About the Author

Pati Glasbrenner and her Architect husband, Lou, reside in San Clemente, a beautiful beach town on the Southern coast of California. She worked closely with her husband on various architectural projects. His encouragement motivated her to develop her creative skills more fully. She has been writing since the age of 10 when she wrote and performed a school play. Later she wrote a musical, Why A Christmas Tree?, and performed it for her church. Elected to become PTSA President, she produced a fashion show using teachers and students, from her local high school, as models, thus achieving one of the most outstanding awards in the state of California. She always enjoyed making up stories that sparked a child’s imagination, motivating them, with humor, to accomplish the right decisions. Encouraged by friends, family, including her three grandchildren, she wanted to write a children’s book. Her goal is to inspire a more open relationship between child and parent.
