About the Author

Janelle Thornton is a fifteen-year-old girl who enjoys reading fantasy as much as she enjoys writing it. She lives in Sioux Falls with her parents, her sister, their 3 cats and their 2 dogs. Even though things often have to be typed, she writes her stories in spiral bound notebooks and loves mechanical pencils. This is her first book to ever be published, though she has written many stories in other notebooks.
