About the Book

Crystal Lang, Kiara Summers, and Shana Rolands, have been friends for as long as they can remember. Kiara, the calm nurturing one of the three has often found herself on the receiving end of many of her friends more intimate issues. When Kiara finds out that part of Shana´s past is about to become public, she warns Shana. Feeling she has no choice, Shana decides to tell her longtime boyfriend Byron before anyone else does. Byron doesn´t take the news too well and lashes out at Shana telling her . . . "you are beneath me".

Crystal confides in Kiara the reason behind her recent behavior. Kiara, thinking Crystal is about to tell her of Craig´s relationship with Dee, is startled to hear of the incident years earlier that has left Crystal an emotional wreck having to govern her emotions in order to protect her father.

Kiara lets her curiosity get the best of her as she attempts to push her mother into telling her about the suspicious phone calls she´s been receiving. Her curiosity leads to the opening of a Pandora´s box of lies, deceits, and truths Kiara is not prepared for. In Deliberate Deceptions the lies and deceit come full circle.
