About the Author

Jonathan Holman, born into a military family at San Antonio, Texas, April, 1929, acquired a fondness for literature and the diversity of the English language at the Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland. He graduated from the US Military Academy in 1951 and is a veteran of the Korean War and Viet Nam conflict. He holds Masters’ degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and Military Art and Science and has had a lifetime interest in the natural sciences. He is a landscape and still-life painter. Jonathan and his wife, Virginia, live in Tucson, Arizona. He is active in the Retired Officers Association, the Sons of the American Revolution, Mensa and the Society of Southwestern Authors.
