In Scotland, an embryonic terrorist movement targeting the medical establishment expands globally to include self-help groups, as well as the Chechen terrorist underground. World leaders, now aware that the alleged Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction are in Chechnya, fear this knowledge will catalyze an unwanted Russian military coup. The CIA sends Dick Swept to retrieve the WMD and stop the terrorist attacks. This is the second Dick Swept novel. Swept continues to prove himself capable and skillful as he encounters subterfuge, CIA agents, the president of the United States and beautiful women. The neurologist-turned-spy battles evil, increasingly difficult to define, in the midst of Alzheimer’s disease research and struggles within his personal life. A series of increasingly violent events results in multiple surprises, as Swept exercises his physical and cognitive skills to improve our world.

About the Author

David B. Rosenfield, M.D. is Professor of Neurology in the Texas Medical Center. He has an active practice in neurology, has published numerous scientific articles, served as a Major in the United States Army Reserves, assigned to Special Forces at Fort Bragg, and formerly wrote a weekly book review column. Dr. Rosenfield lives in Houston, Texas with his family.
