About the Author
Michael Hugh Nelson was born in London in 1932. He trained in medicine in Dublin, Ireland and London and graduated from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1959. He trained in psychiatry in England and the United States and emigrated to the United States in 1966.
