About the Book

In this book, Julia Damaris shares her impressions on various issues in her life. These are mostly love poems, but she also touches on losing a child, racism, nature, family, and her faith. She shows in her work that she is a person of many emotions. Even with mental illness, she considers herself a normal person. In this book, she takes you through 20 years of her life. There is something for just about everyone, and Julia hopes that someone will read one of her poems, relate to it, and not feel alone.

About the Author

Julia Damaris was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After high school, she attended the University of Minnesota and majored in General Education with an emphasis on English. She also served in the United States Army Reserves. She likes traveling, reading, listening to music, and attending church services.
