About the Author
As an Italian boy born in Brooklyn, Bill’s education as an engineer lead him to working in the space program and then becoming vice-president of manufacturing facilities in North Carolina and Texas. In his spare time, he became very interested in cooking. His love for Italian cuisine became his favorite. Now retired and in spite of failing eyesight, he decided to put in writing the wonderful recipes he cooks. Bill now lives with his wife of 40 years in a log cabin in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. They have three grown daughters and two grandchildren.
