About the Book

Ebonie Jefferson is a military brat whose family never stays in one place for too long. When they move to Hinesville, GA she finds herself in one stressful situation after another. In addition to dealing with her two annoying sisters, her drill sergeant dad, and overly compulsive mother at home, issues at school further complicate things. Meagan, one of the most popular girls at school constantly taunts her; she enters into a relationship for the first time, and winds up being the number one target of an internet predator. Her best friend Monica always has her back, but her family problems add to the drama. As you walk through a week in the life of Ebonie you’ll see her life is anything but simple.

About the Author

A.H. Jefferson is a native of Illinois. Due to her love of reading, she started experimenting with writing novels at the age of thirteen. She graduated from high school a year early and immediately enlisted in the United States Army, where she recently celebrated thirteen years of service. She is married to another service member and is a mother of four. Her family’s close net relationship and comic interactions were her inspiration for this writing this book.
