About the Book

Taking pictures is an art. You must search for your beauty and capture it over and over, for no two pictures are alike. As the moments tick by, you must grab them, for the next moment may be different. Another moment, another picture. Through My Eyes lets you see inside my soul, to share the things I find beauty in. As you continue turning the pages, I hope, for your moment, you will find the peace and serenity that I have, in pictures and in words, as you see things through my eyes. Enjoy.

About the Author

Catharine grew up in Greenwich, CT. She has always enjoyed both photography and writing, beginning at a young age. Having had the opportunity to travel throughout the world, she has had the chance and was gifted with the ability to see utter beauty in simple things that the average person would never capture. With this ability, she has dedicated her life to sharing pieces of her photography and writing, which are God-given talents. Cathy enjoys music, reading, and, of course, photography and writing. She also loves to learn anything, both within the arts as well as anything else. (She recently taught herself to read and write hieroglyphics.) Her first book, Life Songs, was published in 2007. She volunteers with various charitable organizations and resides in Branford, Connecticut, with her lifelong partner, Maggie.
