Water-colour inks are my usual medim as I find that they give me the brightness and intensity of colour that I look for. James Vance Marshall is a much loved children's novelist. His books have sold over twenty-one million copies and been translated into seventeen languages, and three have been made into films. He is best know for "Walkabout" (1964), the story of an Aboriginal boy who finds two lost American children wandering in the Australian wildflife and culture.
