About the Book
This collection of poetry provides snapshots of life at all ages from childhood to old age. These poems are written with ordinary down-home love in an old-fashioned down-home style so that times gone by can be remembered with warmth. Remembering those we love, remembering the goodness at God, taking time to refl ect on special feelings, these are the things a mother thinks about.
About the Author
Sally lived most of her life in and near the City of Atlanta As she grew from childhood (climbing trees, wading in the creek,) through typical teenage years (happy times or awful catastrophes), she successfully made it to a happy and contented adulthood with all the ups and downs it takes to be a wife, mother, grandmother, neighbor, etc. Having loved the Lord from childhood, she has written poems, not only to praise God, but to chronicle life around her as she has observed it through the years.
