About the Book

This is a story about the trials and tribulations of a family of desert tumbleweeds. Growing tired and looking at the same surroundings day in and day out, all nut one of the family members ventured into the unknown, hoping there was something better elsewhere. Surviving high winds and uncertainty, the tale has a happy ending as the tumbleweeds live out their days in peace.

About the Author

Jan Williams is a substitute teacher with Berkeley County Schools in West Virginia. She was educated at Mountain State University in Martinsburg, WV, where she obtained a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership. The teammates in her class encouraged her to write this book. Ashlyn Cole is a student at Hegesville High School in West Virginia. Her favorite classes in school are Art and Photography. She loves drawing animals and cartoons. She lives with her family in Martinsburg, WV.
