What do we know about the after life? We know Heaven is a beautiful paradise, but what do we do there? What is our purpose after we die? Pat Pat the newest angel to Heaven wanted answers to these questions from God. She arrives into Heaven with no more illness, but is a little confused about her purpose there. God gives her all the animals to take care of , but is this enough for Pat Pat the angel? Will she be satisfied or will she question God? Pat Pat gets assignments from God that lead her on many adventures throughout her after life. She rides the Rainbow Express from one adventure to the next. From a football field to Paris, France never knowing where she will land next. Pat Pat is on a mission for God as Guardian Angel, a title she wears with pride. She will ride in and out of the lives of certain family members as God talks to her heart and teaches her the purpose of being a special angel in Heaven. Where will she land next? Who will her next assignment be? This is a story about family and how ones love for her family continues even after she becomes and angel in Heaven.

About the Author

In 2004, when the sister of Susan New passed away from breast cancer, a hidden desire for writing children’s books was awakened. She wanted to find a way to help her grandchildren deal with the loss of a favorite Aunt. Pat Pat the Angel was created and was the start for the continuing story of Pat Pat and her animal pals. She works as a full time medical secretary for a private practice and when she’s not writing enjoys singing in her church choir and playing with her grandchildren. Wanting to be used by God in the ministry of writing she devotes any spare time to her passion for storytelling. She has been happily married for 38 years to her husband, Sam and has four beautiful children and twelve grandchildren whom she adores. She lives with her husband, Sam in Windsor, Virginia.
