About the Book
They are coming and you cannot avoid them, they will change your life and you will be different because of them. They have the potential to be good or bad and it is up to you how they will be dealt with as they are your responsibility and you are going to have to make some real choices as to what to do about them. They have already affected your life and now they are back and they are going to keep coming back again and again and the best way to deal with them is, one at a time. I am inviting you to join me on an adventure; journey and battle through what can happen when your next decisions are not treated with respect and when life gets out of control because of them, while possibly allowing a number of serious disorders to enter your life. Troubles can mount if you try to live beyond one decision at a time, faith can be lost as hope disappears and common can become mistaken for normal while tradition becomes more important than truth and the status quo becomes the base of your foundation while your whole world crumbles beneath you. If this invitation has found its way to you, than it is for you and for all those whom you can touch. It is for those who are lost or found, it is for the Christian, the skeptic and all Gods children, the believers and non believers, the addict and the healed, the poor in spirit and the rich in life, it is to guide the mentally stable and to aide the mentally challenged, to assist the parent and the child, it is for the wanderers and wonderers, and every person who is not perfect, as well as those who feel that they are, it is for the young trying to change in this difficult world and those that think they are too old for change. It is for everyone who is ready to realize that the way things have always been, may not be the right way after all. It is for all who believe that true growth comes from honesty, faith and good decisions and who are not afraid of challenge or of hearing things differently than what may be the accepted status quo, common beliefs or knowledge. It is time to realize that being happy, loving, caring and believing in God or being sad, mad or angry, or smoking, drinking, condemning, judging, lying etc. are all decisions. Excuses are decisions to shun truth and responsibility and every decision you make affects your life and it is time to start taking this responsibility serious. “One Decision At A Time” deals with many misconceptions about life, God, alcohol and panic disorders and may change your thinking forever if you are willing to accept change and to stop confusing your thinking with traditional arguments. It is time for some new good decisions in our lives regarding all that we know and believe and we must have faith and believe that we can always change our lives, One Decision At A Time.
