About the Author

Dr. Walter A. Wilson has been a pastor for over 20 years. I have found that the leading of Gods people is the most rewarding experience of a life time. I started my ministerial walk at New St. Paul Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, under Dr. M. L. Curry. Currently I am the pastor of Friendship Baptist Church of Lawton, Oklahoma. I attended Bishop College and received a doctorate degree in ministry. After 13 years at my first church I felt the call to start a ministry so I founded New Works Community First Baptist Church of Rowlett, and planted or revived three other churches. All of these ministries are all still functioning except one. During my ministry I have fostered 22 sons and daughters within my ministry. I am a preachers preacher and I want to do all I can to help young potential pastors. This book is designed to be an aid to those of you who have felt the call into the pastorage. It is my desire that this book is as much of a blessing to the reader as it was for the writer. God Bless You.
