About the Book

A Mother’s Love is an enjoyable family story about a young girl name Jennifer living with her family in a fictitious town in Alabama. Jennifer’s life is turned up side down after her mother invites a homeless family to live with them. The plot thickens as Jennifer is faced with several strange events occurring in her town. Jennifer later overcomes her feelings of fear and jealousy as she learns the true meaning of acceptance with the help of her mother’s love.

About the Author

Charena Stevenson is the loving mother of Kevin and Michael. She is also the owner of P.A.T.H. LLC. Charena has worked with at-risk youths and families for 18 years. This experience has led to the creation of several youth and family development workbooks, songs and games. Her skill building resources are designed to encourage self awareness and development with the use of individual and group activities, role play, creative music and dance expressions.
