About the Book

This book, a collection of poems, describes the trials that I encountered and endured throughout my high school career. Most of the poems seem dark because they tell of and describe the difficult circumstances that surrounded my life. The poems were a gift that the Lord gave me. They were a way of expressing myself in my own personal way during troubling and disturbing times. My hope is that these poems help other people who are going through the same things from which I was delivered. My one and only objective for this collection is to share the gift that I have graciously received from my Heavenly Father.

About the Author

Eric Williams is a graduate of Snook High School where he graduated valedictorian. He is currently a student at Texas A&M University, and he is earning a degree in International Studies. He is also a part of the Corps of Cadets at A&M in Company N-1. Poetry is definitely his greatest pastime and joy.
