About the Author

Wayne Mausser was born and raised near the “Field of Dreams” and has worked in radio for over 30 years. He’s hosted numerous Green Bay Packers player shows on radio and television and has covered the team since 1990. The author also hosted a statewide Packer radio pre-game show with the late Hall-of-Fame broadcaster Ray Scott. In addition Ray and Wayne did a statewide Packer television pre-game show. They later hosted a national radio talk show and did other projects together. Mausser has also written a Chicago Bears facts and trivia book as well assisting former Major League pitcher Milt Pappas with his autobiography, “Out at Home.” Other broadcasting and writing projects are in the works. Wayne enjoys many hobbies including racketball, golf and researching baseball. He and his wife Linda reside in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
