About the Author

Joseph Chukwuma Okoye graduated from Oklahoma State University Stillwater USA and University of Oklahoma Norman USA. His multiple disciplines enabled him delve into research of his late grandfather’s applied food medicine. He observed early in life from his grandfather-(herbalist), the values of maximum consumption of select vegetables, fruits, plant seeds and herbs drinks as the secrets of healthy life and longevity which he never adopted until he started developing multiple health problems. His adoption of certain food regimen, those natural plant foods often neglected, became the cornerstone which provided remedies to his health problems; hence his sharing of God’s liberating love on sickness prevention and how he got his life back. He wants to empower individuals to be the first to take charge of their health to prevent sickness. The contents are simple to grasp.
