Within the pages of this release, readers will be drawn into a myriad of thoughts and sentiments which the author portrays through moving verses. From sadness to joy to love to faith, this collection captures the many facets of life. In the poem, “Day Will Turn to Night”, he touches on the hope that each new day brings. “Of a Rose” is a classical piece that juxtaposes a woman to that of a beautiful flower. Melodic in tone, “You Are” tells of the appreciation towards someone who accepts his or her loved one without any condition.

About the Author

Sherman L Kennon is in the automotive industry in Lincoln, Alabama. This is his first book but he has been writing poetry for many years. Though he writes as a hobby he is very passionate about his writing and writes on many different subjects. He lives in Centre, Alabama and is currently working on his second book project.
