About the Book

Lacy was a young gentle woman who was abused in life by her father and the man that she loved .To cover her pain she went on a road to self destruction finding her comfort in a crack pipe. She found herself out of control. Her desire for the drug turned her into a blood thirsty vampire, ready to suck the life out of anybody that had a dollar. Soon she found herself without a family or a real life. The streets of California had sucked her in, chewed her up and spit her out. She had become lower than the trash on the streets.

About the Author

My name is Cynthia Diane Brown. I was born in Cape Charles, Virginia, where I lived with my grandmother until the age of eight. Afterwards I moved to Ohio with my mother and nine siblings, where I acquired the thirst to write. At the age of twenty-five, l gave my life to God and became a fired up speaker of his word. At thirty I moved to Philadelphia. A quite, shy, woman, fascinated by city life and all it had to offer. I worked in health care, pharmacy, and data entry. But my thirst to write continued to grow until it developed into an everyday project. I was motivated by reading books by my favorite author, V.C. Andrews, and watching Oprah’s book club. My goal is to reach people with stories about real life situations.
