About the Author

Ramona and Minnie have been best friends for years. We both love to read. One day we laughed that we should write a book. Ramona said we could never write a novel, but I suggested that we write about the real things in life for children. So here we are. We are not professionals in any way, but we have both enjoyed telling the stories to the children, grandchildren, great grand children, Sunday school classes, and vacation bible school. She is a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is a retired English teacher. Minnie Herdison is an old retired truck driver, truck shop owner, bookkeeper, and jack of all trades. She can tell stories but can’t write it down. She is a stepmother of two.
