About the Author
Paul C. Clayton, a retired UCC pastor, served as pastor of three congregations in Massachusetts and as Special Assistant to the President of Andover Newton Theological School following his last pastorate. He has served as chair of the Board of Directors of the following mission agencies: United Church Board for World Ministries, Massachusetts Conference UCC, City Mission Society in Boston Massachusetts; and is currently President of the Trustees of Jaffina College Funds. He is the author of Letters to Lee: Mentoring the New Minister, published in 1999 by the Alban Institute.
