Aceh, in northern Sumatra, was totally devastated by earthquake and tsunami over Christmas 2004. I had known Aceh and the Pacific Theatre of War years before, when the Indonesian island of Sumatra was occupied by the Japanese. I was heading a mission to rescue Allied aviators who had crashed in the tropical jungle, and to locate a prisoner-of-war camp. This is one story in DIRTY GAMES. The Auca Indians, in the upper Amazon, were said to have killed five American missionaries. I went to Ecuador, Peru and Brazil to investigate the incident shrouded in mystery, and to obtain some of the curare poison used by the head-hunting Jivaros. An American married to a KGB Russian spy, dealt in forbidden arms out of the Principality of Monaco and Switzerland. I caught them. Ethel and Julius Rosenberg died in the electric chair for passing Atom Bomb secrets to the Soviet Union. I was involved in their detection. General Pinochet, Chile´s brutal dictator, abducted chidlren of the dissidents he murdered.. I identified several and rescued one. Other stories relate my odyssey as an MI5 Special Forces underground agent in Europe and Africa, and as NOC operative with the CIA in South America. About the Author
Captain Marc O’Sullivan was attached to British and American Intelligences in Occupied Europe. He surveyed enemy bases in the Sahara Desert, and shadowed Nazi agents in Africa. In Sumatra, he located a slave labor camp and rescued Allied aviators. In Brazil, he unveiled the mysterious deaths of three Presidents, and worked undercover for the CIA. In Chile, he traced children abducted by General Pinochet. In the USA, O’Sullivan infiltrated a Soviet spy ring stealing Atom Bomb secrets. Marc was also an adventurer who filmed the Auca and Jivaro Indians of the Upper Amazon. While not spying, Dr. Marc O’Sullivan ran a clinic for children of Hollywood celebrities.
