About the Book

Muk and Tuk were Eskimo twins Who lived in the north faraway. They put on their mukluks and parkas To go outside each day. The story tells of things that might Happen to some Eskimo children. Muk and Tuk are fictitious kids.

About the Author

I was born in Denver, Colorado in 1937. We moved to Nome, Alaska in 1945. After a short return to Colorado we moved to Fairbanks where I lived for about twenty years. I graduated from Fairbanks high school and the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. I taught school in Alaska and California for 23 years. I have two daughters, three step children, sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. I now live with my husband, Ray, in Orangevale, CA.
