I invite you to join me on a voyage that will take you into the glamorous world of emeralds and gems, and come face to face with notorious international criminals engaged in slavery, money laundering and arm dealing. Rio Rendezvous is a suspenseful story in which Agent Jenkins is challenged by self discovery, to confront her realistic limitations and untested abilities. About the Author

L. D. Hedman was born and raised in Manhattan, Kansas (The Little Apple). While serving in the United State Marines Corps, he was selected to attend the Orange County Sheriff’s Academy in California. After graduating from Cal State Long Beach, L.D. Hedman went on to work in the Film and TV industry in Hollywood, CA. He has been a film and video producer, director, cameraman and/or writer on numerous projects. He has also been an instructor at Cal State Long Beach in California and Stetson University in Florida. L.D. Hedman enjoys outdoor adventure, kayaking and world travel. He incorporates his personal experiences to exotic locations with events and characters to bring a mix of authenticity and imagination to his storytelling. L.D.
