About the Book
The title is a ghetto phrase that was a greeting to me from a bright young convicted drug smuggler with whom I spent time in the federal pen. We may find wisdom in unexpected places. The book is about fast money, sex, and shortened lives. I wish to hell I’d learned about the story by reading instead of living in it. The story is true except for some names and minor circumstances I changed in order to protect some people who were innocently involved. The statutes of limitation have long past run. The law has set the killers free. Personally, I’m out of here. Conrad
About the Author
CONRAD SAWYER is all the misadventure and the wisdom you may read about in the introduction to this memoir; and then he is a great deal more. He is a man who is not proud of his mistakes yet one who know he could not be the person you will find between the covers of this book were it not for everything that he has done and seen and tried right up until this moment, right or wrong. Born August 1st in 1931 he grew the only child of Perce and Marie. Raised in New York he had most high security clearance in the United States Air Force airborne electronics in Korea, the 1952 Korean War. He worked his way through an AB and a JD Degree at the University of Miami, Florida. When issues cause him question he will still practice law but he now finds more joy in sailing the Bahamas, loving writing poetry or prose. Fishing and laughing. God bless us all and thank you everyone.
