About the Author

Author Bio Sybil D. Shephard was born in the state of Texas. I am a loving mother of two children, Shawneequa and Benjamin. I also have three grandchildren; Tyrec, Dquarian and Katherine. I have always had a passion for writing, from daily journal entries to writing poetry and now my first children’s book. Currently I live in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas where I enjoy attending various writers groups, cooking, working and exploring the Arts. I also enjoy a wide variety of music. I am a very family oriented person, which enables me to write this book. Most importantly, it would not be possible without God who placed these talents inside of me along with a tremendous amount of love for children. I just want to share with others the morals and values I was privileged to receive.
