THIS IS THE STORY OF TWO LONG TIME FRIENDS WHO ARE IN THEIR SIXTIES WHEN WE FIRST MEET THEM IN 1986. WE JOURNEY BACK TO THEIR YOUTH AND SUBSEQUENT MEETING IN CHICAGO. WE FOLLOW THEM THROUGH THEIR PROBLEMS AT HOME BEFORE GOING TO CHICAGO AFTER SEVERAL YEARS LIVING AND WORKING IN CHICAGO THEY JOIN THE ARMY WHERE THEY MEET BEN WILLIS. WHEN THEY ARE DEPLOYED TO EUROPE AND NORTH AFRICA. BEN IS WOUNDED AND RETURNED TO THE UNITED STATES. JIM AND HAROLD SERVE OUT THEIR TIME AND THEN PROCEEDED AS BEN HAD DIRECTED THEM. AT THAT TIME THEY EMBARKED ON NEW VENTURES IN THE WORLD OF FINANCE AND BUSINESS. THEIR SUCCESS IS THE RESULT OF THE LEGACY OF BEN WILLIS .
About the Author
Frank Justison was born in Wilmington, Delaware. He majored in Business Administration at the University of Delaware. Before moving to Florida, he was a Supervisor of Shipping and Receiving at the Central Warehouse of Atlas Chemical, Ind., in New Castle, Delaware. Upon moving to Florida, he was employed by Lawrence Systems, Inc. a collateral management company. He worked as an Auditor for this company securing assets of borrowers for lenders. His territory was basically the State of Florida, but at times included work in Georgia, North and South Carolina and other states when needed. His wife and three children moved with him to Miami. After six months he was transferred to St. Petersburg. Their daughter died in 2002. They now have five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Frank did much of his writing during evenings in motels. He has written five short stories and some poetry. He has published several short items in the local paper and one poem in The Book of Poetry. In St. Petersburg he has continued taking courses in Computers, Banking, and Writing. Frank is a Life Member of Armstrong Lodge #26 A.F. & A.M. in Newport, Delaware and also a Life Member of Elks Lodge 1224 in St. Petersburg. In addition to his love for writing, Frank enjoys Bowling, Walking, and Traveling with his wife.
