Ron Calareso is a content retiree splitting his time between Naples, Florida and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Upon his retirement, not even his closest friends would have guessed that he would embark on a career as a writer. Now on his second book, it’s hard to believe he did anything else. Truth be told, Ron did enjoy a measure of literary success as a fourth grader with his written rendition of the First Christmas. His teacher described his work as the best she has seen that year, and read it aloud to the entire class. Of course, he was the only one who knew that the teacher had not only taken the liberty to edit his work, but had also embellished it-- her secret was safe with him. The author’s first book, Wake Me When It’s Over, was a limited edition and an autobiography which he wrote as a personal memoir for his four grandchildren. Nowhere to Go is the author’s first fiction work which was inspired by his family’s heritage and the intrigue attached to the words, Italian Mafia.
