About the Book

The Life in the Cold pieces are written in a style that might be called “riting in rhythm” to distinguish them from what is usually meant by the name poetry. The subjects are various--war and culture, science and faith, the popular and the personal--and a number of them are narrative. They are meant to be accessible, even entertaining, despite the heft of some of the themes.

About the Author

Bill Wheatley has worked as a writer/producer in television and now lives in a small town in Massachusetts where he grows tomatoes and walks dogs.
