About the Author

Dr. Borowsky is a specialist in liver disease, gastroenterology and internal medicine. He has performed basic and clinical research. He published papers about the chemical and anatomical changes in the diseased liver. He practiced office and hospital medicine for 24 years and taught in three university programs. He has worked for the Food & Drug Administration. He has worked in over 50 different hospitals across the nation. He has won awards for outstanding dedications to patients. Now, in semi-retirement, he has turned to writing in addition to part time hospital work. This is his first non-fiction book.
