Boe Mencarelli owns and operates Tat2TimesInc in Palm Bay, Florida. He has been a professional tattoo artist since the 1980’s and has owned and managed studios on the west coast of the United States as well as Florida. Tat2TimesInc was opened in 2004 and still maintains a steady and loyal clientele today. He has received many awards for his art including 2nd place”Olympia, Wa. Ink Fest,” ; 2004 lst place “Seattle Tattoo Expo”, 2004, “Tacoma Wa. Ink Fest”, 2006 1st place “Space Coast Harley”, 2006 1st place “ Schooners West”, and most recently, 2008,”Best of Palm Bay” .
