Paula E. Mann is a native New Yorker who currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. Paula E. Mann is a license and ordain minister with Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International. Paula E. Mann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baruch College in New York City, Masters of Arts in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia Univeristy and a Masters of Science in Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work in New York City. Paula E. Mann is currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Religious Studies from Friends International Christian University.
