About the Book

Dainah Russell is a 22 year old woman who attends college at NYU, and also works for Smith and Baxter, the largest advertising agency in Manhattan. She spends most of her time daydreaming of one day meeting her one true love. Although she dreams of falling in love, she neglects to believe that in reality it would ever happen. Meanwhile, dealing with being single in the big city, one of her teachers, Professor Davis, makes it a daily ritual to patronize her in class. She also has to deal with Vita Robinson, an obnoxious classmate who believes that brown nosing is the key to success. On the other hand, Dainah’s best friend and roommate Essence, is there to support and badger her on a daily basis. Melvin, Essence’s boyfriend is also in the mix to lend a hand in any given situation whether it’s good or bad. One day, as Dainah is rushing to work, she bumps into a man on the busy streets of Manhattan. They exchange both words and laughter… Although she thinks the conversation is just a simple chat, the man is intrigued by her sensuality and innocence. As she makes her way to work, she leaves behind an item that she needs on a daily basis. He finds it, later returns the item and asks her out on a date. Charmed by his charismatic and witty sense of humor, she agrees to go out with him. However, there are a few obstacles that are holding them both from experiencing, something they never had a chance to have. With so much going on in Dainah’s life, she tends to surpass the important things needed in her life. She soon learns that sometimes going by the book, isn’t always the best thing to do. About the Author

Since childhood, New Jersey native Natasha DelFosse had a passion for writing. Her creativity and imagination were expressed through short stories, poems and through song. With a thirst for honing in on her craft and devoted to one day sharing her works, Natasha began writing her first novel, “Forbearance of Love” almost ten years ago. Within that time, she had written numerous poetic entries, now entitled, “Divine Thoughts”. Along with excerpts for books to come, filled with lust, love, drama and a few unexpected surprises, which are sure to leave the reader longing for more.
