About the Author

Jim Frank was born in St. Louis, Missouri, however currently resides with his wife Sylvia in Victoria, Texas. He served in the United States Army, both on active duty and in the reserves. He graduated from the University of Missouri, attended the University of North Dakota, before beginning a lifelong career with DuPont. Mr. Frank retired from full time service after 36 years, however, occasionally does consulting work for DuPont Safety Resources delivering seminars in the United States, Australia, and India. Mr. Frank also is a teaching assistant at the University of Houston at Victoria. Mr. Frank enjoys painting watercolors and sculpting animals. This is Mr. Frank’s first book.
