Written by Karen L. Brown, September 2008 Karen Brown is the assistant youth minister at Center of Praise Ministries in Sacramento, California. She has been an inspiration to the youth at her church, particularly young women. Karen is dedicated to encouraging young women to embrace who they are while allowing God to shape them into the great women of God that He knows they are destined to become. “My hope”, Karen says, “is that this workbook will allow anyone, young or old, to work out the issues of their past while submitting to God and giving him the okay to make them over in their hearts and minds”. Karen is working on another workbook titled “Get Rid of the Bugs”. This book will provide insight on how to shed all of the negative thoughts, words and attitudes that are embedded in us by people around us.
